Unity email address as your user ID
, you may not yet have an account in the system. Please visit the

to create an account.
If you get a message stating "
Invalid password from Mentor
", you may need to set or reset your eREB password. Please use the
Forgot Password
option above.
The Unity eREB utilizes a third-party system (Sitero Mentor) and is not linked to any Unity Health systems - you cannot log in using your Unity Windows username (e.g SmithJ) and/or password.
